In the precious town of Reston, Virginia, I found the most darling gem of a boutique. Lou Lou’s is nestled amongst the small store fronts and immediately upon entrance, you are in the clutches of “treats for the eye” as a dear friend used to say.

Beautiful scarves and funky jewelry. Innovative handbags and as I browsed through the store (over and over again) all I could say is “ooooh, I want this. aaaaah, I want that. wheeeeee, I NEED this” and so it went. My big purchase of the day was a multi-color scarf (didn’t need those in Tucson), but I left knowing I will be back. A LOT. I need an abundance of treasures from Lou Lou’s – and gift shopping! Ooooh.
