We watched that every single year together. You would love that Carole King is being honored tonight – one of your very favorites. I will miss you sitting by my side tonight. Another first. Ugh.
Family dinner tonight and you would have been so entertained by the antics of Max & Abby. I could actually hear you laughing at them. I know exactly what would make you laugh or smile. I knew you well. I loved you well and continue to do so. And you continue to hold my heart in yours. When your heart stopped beating, I thought mine would too. I have no words to describe the pain. I now know what it is to truly have a broken heart.
